These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases made through www.faithactive.shop (the "Site"). By placing an order on the Site, the customer ("Customer") acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms.
1. Purpose and Scope
These Terms apply to all sales of apparel, accessories, and other products ("Products") offered for sale through the Site.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer regarding purchases made through the Site.
2. Products and Prices
Products are described as accurately as possible on the Site and are offered subject to availability.
Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in color, texture, or appearance due to photography, monitor settings, or manufacturing processes do not constitute defects.
Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), or other available currencies depending on the Customer's location.
Shipping charges, applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges are calculated separately at checkout where applicable and remain the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise stated.
The Company reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, Products will be billed at the price displayed when the order is confirmed.
3. Orders
Orders are placed online by selecting Products, providing billing and shipping information, selecting a payment method, and confirming acceptance of these Terms.
An order becomes binding only after payment has been successfully authorized and the Customer receives an order confirmation email.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock availability issues, payment disputes, or other legitimate business reasons.
4. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon placing an order.
Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and any other secure payment methods displayed during checkout.
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. The Company does not store Customers' payment card information.
Gift cards, if offered, are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
5. Shipping and Delivery
The Company currently ships to customers located in the United States and Europe.
Estimated delivery times are generally 4–9 business days, although delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Certain made-to-order or limited-edition Products may require up to 8 weeks for production and shipment.
Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of USD $250 or more, after discounts and before taxes, where indicated on the Site.
Risk of loss and title to Products pass to the Customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, weather conditions, or events beyond its reasonable control.
6. Returns and Refunds
Customers may return eligible Products within 30 days after delivery.

- unworn;
- unwashed;
- unused;
- in their original packaging;
- with all original tags attached.
Personalized, customized, final sale, or gift card purchases cannot be returned unless required by applicable law.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 14 days after the returned Products have been received and inspected.
Unless the Company shipped an incorrect or defective Product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
7. Product Quality
If a Product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the Product ordered, the Customer must notify the Company as soon as reasonably possible by email.
Where appropriate, the Company may repair, replace, or refund the Product at its sole discretion or as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Retention of Title
Ownership of Products remains with the Company until full payment has been received.
9. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Site—including, but not limited to, trademarks, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, videos, designs, text, software, and other intellectual property—is owned by or licensed to Circle of Faith LLC.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without the Company's prior written consent.
10. Privacy
The collection and processing of personal information are governed by the Company's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, transportation interruptions, pandemics, internet outages, or supply chain disruptions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the state or federal courts located in Florida, except where mandatory consumer protection laws grant the Customer the right to bring proceedings in another competent jurisdiction.
